The vacuum deaerator rotary membrane unit is mainly composed of a water chamber, a steam chamber, a rotary membrane tube, a condensate connection tube, a makeup water connection tube, and a primary steam inlet connection tube Condensed water, chemical makeup water, and water are sprayed out in a spiral shape at a certain angle through a membrane separator, forming a water film skirt, and exchanging heat with the heating steam introduced through the primary heating steam connection to form a primary deoxygenation. The feedwater is heated to a saturation temperature close to the working pressure of the deoxygenator, that is, 2-3 ℃ lower than the saturation temperature, and undergoes crude deoxygenation Generally, about 90-95% of the oxygen content in the feedwater can be removed through this membrane spinning section.

The oxygen in the vacuum deaerator is separated, and since the oxygen cannot diffuse freely inside the inner hole, the rising steam can only be discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe. The feed water that has undergone rough deoxygenation in the membrane section and the hydrophobic introduced through the drainage pipe are mixed here for secondary distribution, and then evenly rained onto the liquid vapor grid below it. After deep deoxygenation, it flows into the water tank. The oxygen content in the water tank is 0-7 цɡ/L for high pressure and less than 15 цɡ/L for low pressure, meeting the operational standards issued by the Ministry.
